For The Woman Who Is Done Carrying Everything Alone
The Rewire Method
TM
A private 90-day intensive for high-capacity women ready to stop being the cost of their own life.
You have been the strong one for a long time.
The one who holds it together.
The one everyone depends on.
The one who leads the room, carries the weight,
and makes it look effortless - even when it is costing you everything.
And you have built extraordinary things from that place.
But there is a particular exhaustion that comes with being that woman.
Not the kind that sleep fixes.
The kind that lives in your jaw, your chest, the place just behind your eyes.
The kind that shows up even after the win.
You have achieved.
You have built.
You have proven it over and over again.
And still, something is missing.
Not the next thing to accomplish - it's something softer than that.
Something that lives in the space between what you've created and what you actually feel when you're alone.
Maybe it shows up in the obvious places.
Like the book that's been in you for years, fully formed, somehow still unwritten.
The level of visibility you know is yours, that you keep talking yourself back from.
The move you've been circling for so long you've started to wonder if you're the problem.
Or maybe it shows up somewhere you haven't named yet.
Someone offers to help and you hear yourself say no before you've even thought about it.
Your relationship is good - genuinely good - but there's a layer of yourself you're not letting in.
You're busy, you're building, you're showing up, and you're not actually inside your life.
Different expressions. One pattern.
You learned at a level so deep you cannot think your way out of it,
that the only safe way to be in this world is to need nothing.
To carry it all.
To be the one who holds,
not the one who is held.
That wiring served you. It built everything you have.
And it is the thing keeping you from everything you want.
There's a reason you want what you want.
And there's a reason you don't have it yet.
Both are intelligent.
Your mind says yes.
Your body says no.
AND YOUR BODY ALWAYS WINS.
Most programs give you more tools.
This changes the hand that holds them.
You've done the mindset work. Read the books, hired the coaches, sat in therapy.
You understand yourself.
You can name your patterns with remarkable precision.
And yet, you're still doing them.
Not because you're broken, or resistant, or haven't found the right framework.
Because your nervous system doesn't respond to insight.
It responds to experience.
And until your body has the direct, repeated experience of being safe - genuinely safe, not just cognitively convinced - it will keep running the same program that kept you alive before.
You don't leave with more to remember.
You leave as someone different.
A woman whose body can finally hold what her mind has always known was possible.

When Your System is Finally Wired for the Life You Want:
You come back to yourself.
Not the version that performs and manages and braces. The one underneath all of that. Presence returns. Joy stays. Rest no longer feels like falling behind. The life you've built stops being something you endure - and becomes something you actually inhabit.
Your relationships change.
You stop managing people from a distance and start letting them in. You receive help without the immediate pull to reciprocate or minimize it. You let yourself be held and discover the world does not fall apart when you do. The intimacy you've been circling finally has somewhere to land.
You stop being the cost.
he pattern of making yourself the sacrifice, of being the one who holds everything while nothing holds you, ENDS. Not because you need less. Because you finally allow more.
Your work expands without force.
The move you've been circling? You make it. The message you've been softening? You say it. The visibility you've been ready for longer than you've admitted? You step into it. Not from hustle. From a nervous system that can finally hold what you're building.
The numbers shift too.
When your nervous system stops making expansion feel dangerous, income follows. Not because you worked harder, but because you stopped contracting around it. What once felt like a ceiling was always an internal cap. When that lifts, the external reflects it.
How The Rewire Method Works
TM
1
REGULATE
Build a body that can hold change
You can't rewire from survival mode. When your nervous system is bracing from stress, every decision feels life-or-death. Because to your body, it is.
This phase teaches your system to downshift through safety. Real safety. The kind that lives in the body, not just the mind.
You'll learn:
-
Why your body keeps bracing and how to interrupt that pattern without force
-
How to make decisions from clarity instead of self-protection
-
What it actually feels like when your nervous system is no longer running the show
You create space where there was only reaction.
2
RECALIBRATE
Turn noise into signal
Once your system settles, you can finally see what's true versus what your history has been projecting onto the present moment.
Most high-capacity women have been so wired for vigilance that they cannot tell the difference between their intuition and fear response. Between a genuine "no" and a protective one.
You'll learn:
-
How to finally break patterns you swore against repeating
-
The difference between your intuition and your trauma response
-
How to witness yourself without spiraling into what it means.
Your internal data becomes something you can trust.
3
REWIRE
Become someone new at the level that matters
This is where identity shifts. Not behavioral shifts - identity shifts. The difference between a woman who is managing her patterns and a woman who has genuinely moved past them.
You'll learn:
-
Why insight without embodiment isn't transformation, and what the difference actually feels like
-
How to update the way you move through the world at the level of the nervous system, not just what you tell yourself
-
What becomes available when you stop running "I have to hold it together" as your operating system
The new version of you becomes the one you return to. Your new baseline.

Meet Gina Murphy
Your Nervous System Architect
Founder of NeuroRelease · MSc Neuroscience ·
Somatic Trauma Practitioner · Emotional Release Facilitator
For fifteen years, my body was trying to tell me something I didn't know how to hear.
I lived with chronic pain for most of my adult life. The kind that becomes the wallpaper of your existence - always there, always costing something, never fully explained.
I did what high-capacity women do: I managed it, pushed through it, made myself responsible for everything around me anyway.
When I became a mother, I discovered the limit of what control can hold.
I was still the one who showed up for everyone.
Still the one who carried, provided, made it look like something.
But there was no more room to hide from what was happening underneath - the quiet, persistent sense that I was living inside a life that had no room for me in it.
I had built something very efficient. And I was disappearing inside of it.
I began to understand the relationship between what I was carrying emotionally, psychologically, and what my body was expressing physically. And then, I completely healed. After fifteen years of countless mystery illnesses and debilitating pain. In my own body. From the inside out.
And then I trained.
In neuroscience, at King's College London. In somatic trauma therapy, and in Neo Emotional Release. To understand the mechanisms at a brain and nervous system level, so I could offer what I had found in a form that other women could actually use.
The work I do with women now is the work I needed someone to do with me.
The nervous system doesn't heal in isolation.
It heals in the presence of someone safe enough to be with. Someone who has been where you are, and knows the way through.
READY TO REWIRE?
Private Mentorship Is For You If You:
-
You've built something real- a business, a body of work, a reputation - and you're at an inflection point that strategy alone can't move you through.
-
You're not interested in surface-level solutions. You know the real work is recalibrating the deepest parts of you to match the leader you're becoming, and you’re ready to do the inner work.
-
You can feel there's something more waiting for you - more visibility, a deeper mission, bolder moves, or a way to love the life you've worked so hard for.
-
You're done hesitating, overthinking, or perfecting things into complexity. You're ready to step fully into what's next.
-
You've mastered the grind. Now you want to lead from presence, clarity, and regulated power- not adrenaline and willpower.
-
You are ready to stop carrying it alone.

Why Your Nervous System is the Real Work
Most high-performers try to think, strategize, or discipline their way through what's actually a nervous system problem.
Your nervous system is running a program you didn't write.
It learned how to keep you safe- not fulfilled, not happy - safe. And those same survival protocols are now keeping you small.
Hypervigilance showing up as perfectionism.
Shutdown that looks like procrastination.
Contraction that sabotages every attempt at visibility.
Different expressions. Same root.
You say you want to be someone. You want to have or do something. But you're not. And that's because your system doesn't care about what you say.
This is why I work at the level of the nervous system.
It's the only thing that actually changes what's running underneath the pattern.
When your body learns that safety is real... that you don't have to hold everything, that you are allowed to be held and receive... something opens up that no strategy could have touched.
That's the work.
